Get a logo! #78

Now that this project is a few years old and is used by some people around the globe, it would be great to have some logo for it.

The problem is probably quite common for OSS projects: I have no talent nor money to offer :) But beers and public applause are perfectly doable.

Any volunteer? @peterdesmet, any suggestions?

I could take a stab at it, when I find a moment. I propose a hex logo, see the ones I made for our packages: https://oscibio.inbo.be/packages/ What do you want in the logo? A picture of Darwin?

Yeah, a hex logo would be perfect.

Difficult question for the logo content! Some obvious ones would be indeed Darwin, a Python reference or Maybe the DwC / DwC-A acronyms (or a combination of those).

Don't hesitate if you have a different idea. And thanks again for offering help, this is obviously not urgent at all!
