To try not to nap longer than 20 minutes. (Do not nap later than 3 pm)
Do not nap during the day if you are struggling with sleep at night.
Adenosine induces sleep.
Coffee carries antioxidant not caffeine. (Be careful of the does and timing.)
What to do when you're struggling with sleep?→Go to another room and break the association with your bed. Let you brain knows the bed is the only place you sleep.
