How to install plugins #85

Hi, can you please describe how to install plugins, exceptionally telephone-event codec. There is absolutely lack of documentation in this area.

Yes, no docu at all.... This Software is pseudo Open-Source. Or "Open Source but we wont tell you how to use it".
