no call notification or missed call history when the computer sreen is off

When I receive a phone call while my computer screen si off (Windows 10 power saving plan), I can hear the ring but the notification on the bottom right corner of the screen doesn't show up (or it does sometime but only after a few seconds after I moved the mouse or press a key). This brings 2 issues :

• this notification is the only way I have to answer a call, so I can't answer.
• in that case it seems the missed call doesn't appear in the history.

This is what lead me to create this issue by mistake : https://github.com/BelledonneCommunications/linphone-desktop/issues/102 Now I can confirm this issue is related to the screen being turned off by Windows 10 power saving plan.

Similar to https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-66557 The window exists but the content is not displayed correctly. (It can be displayed if the mouse is hover a button.)

I have no correct idea to resolve this issue for the moment.
