Status do not disturb away and offline do not work #643

Context

I am trying to use the away / do not disturb / offline to reject calls so they go to voicemail

General information

Expected behaviour

I set my status as away / do not disturb / offline, expecting the phone to automatically reject all calls (due to my status) and therefore send the call to voicemail...

I would expect the phone to send the status and say "I am offline do not send me any calls" and then the voip service can route to voicemail.

To Reproduce

click status -> do not disturb call the line it rings

Additional context

It should not ring at all because my status is 'do not disturb'

On Desktop presence is only for display, there are no other features behind it (mobiles use the OS)
