Add proxy settings (Bounty) #407

Hello,

I'm not sure if I've chosen the right place to post, so I apologize in advance for that. Please tell me where it would be correct to post such a request.

I would like to make a request to add SOCKS5 proxy settings to the app. I am ready to publish a bounty for this modification ($300). Perhaps someone else will join to this bounty, because it seems to me that this modification would be very useful, since many VOIP providers now limit the list of IP addresses from which you can connect to them.

I understand perfectly well that you can use VPN or proxy settings completely for the entire OS, but this is not always convenient.

I've moved your issue to SDK project as it is a SDK matter, not the app directly.
