using windows SDK 10.0.17134.0 to build the SDK.sln #8

i've been trying to build SDK.sln using windows SDK 10.0.17134.0 however i keep getting the following error in line #1193 of stdlib.h :

shall i change the version of the SDK i'm working with or what? @DatBewar @ghismary
