ortp >= 0.24.1 is the minimum requirement #1

rtp_session_get_symmetric_rtp() was introduced by 3585f885 . This commit is included in version 0.24.1 .

I believe we might need actually a much more recent version to have ms2 work, but I updated it to 0.24.1 for now. Thanks @toabctl!
