Right now a fine has to be paid upon handin. It would be nice that if someone for any reason already handed in the book, but didn't pay the fine yet, gets put in the system as still having to pay the fine.

The default should still be: has to pay the fine, but there may be situations where this default is no longer a good default.

Table of fines should be separately added, When handing in books, should give checkbox: member has paid fine. Fines should then be in a good table. By having a proper table, storing 'how much, when paid, etc.'

Before handling this issue, we should first have a look at what we as an association want.

This issue is blocked pending design:

What information do we want to see
To what extent do we want to see historic data
Do we want to add the ability to take back books explicitly while registering that the fine is yet to be paid?
