Repetitive navigation bar code #1

When we change one feature on the navigation bar, we have to change it in several locations currently which can get confusing.

Is there some way to put all of the navbar code into one separate HTML file and then just load the file into the rest of the pages like we did with the CSS? I'm not familiar with doing that, but there's probably some way to do it...

That's what I was thinking too, I feel like there must be a way to make it simpler whether that be through CSS or HTML, I'll research when I have time if it's still an issue
