As a team leader I want to compare how much time team member A has been scheduled to how much team member B has been scheduled on specific jobs so that I can be sure I am delegating tasks fairly amongst the team. #4
What I meant was:
The website should be able to compare and contrast two different team members results against each other. Returning graphs that show how much time team member A and team member B have worked on the same job, a total time the job has and a percentage of time team member A and team member B have worked on that job, or how much each team member has worked on that job during the schedules pulled for this report.
Testing criteria:
The webpage should have a calendar input for the start point of time that you are wanting to filter by, if the chosen date isn't exactly a starting date of any of the schedules the user will be prompted with a question of, 'Did you mean to choose (insert the starting date of the week the user selected). A second calendar input for the ending time that you are wanting to filter by, (same as for the start time but insert the ending date of the week the user selected). If you don't enter a start date and an end date you WILL receive more information than you wish for this test. It will send you back a full list as a result. A reports type drop down, choices are either job title or team member. If you choose job title for this test you will receive the wrong information. But if you choose team member you will be running the correct report. There will also be a field input where you must enter the first Team Members name you are targeting. There should also be a second field for a second team members name. There should be a view report button that will take the filter choices and return the information about both team members. If no team member's name is entered then you will get a list of all team members. If only one is entered you will not get the comparison graphs that you are wanting. The graphs will only be for one team member.
Definition of done:
As a user I can request two team members and a specific time frame to receive comparison graphs between the two team members.
