PhxEffect separated from PhxEffectsManager with some new methods to make fx work better when attached to moving sources
PhxProp instance class added (somewhat messy). Instead of using Tick to update the attached effects, would a coroutine that repeats every X seconds be better? Or would there be unforseen overhead with that?
