Help me please figure out why at the last step an error pops up

Error 1x1 Message: "cp: /Applications/Patched Sur.app/Contents/Resources/Patched Sur.app: No such file or directory" Output: ""

I tried one more time and now got this:

After restarting my mac and trying again everything works
