Error message when trying to vote #24

Hey i downloaded VotifierPlus on the server , and when i try to setup the vote system and try to test the vote , and it showup this error : io.netty.handler.timeout.ReadTimeoutException

Can anyone know how to solve it ? here are the config information : image

Use a different port

well i tryed with another , but it didn't worked too , what port do you suggest to me ? (i checked , and this port is open)

ask your host for what port to use

we used the port 25522 , but it still don't work , i have no soluce... when we set port as 25565 , it tell this error code : io.netty.handler.timeout.ReadTimeoutException and it don't do anything , and when we put another port (open port , we checked) , it say "server is not reachable (on the vote website) I'm using VotifierPlus 1.0.7

im really sorry , but we did everything on this , we even tryied all the plugins and it still don't work , there is something but i don't find what , here is the error code , if you don't have idea of the problem solution , do you know what does it mean ? image

I honestly got no idea right no now. Ask your host for a port.
