Backend servers do not receive rewards #1332

Versions 6.15 + Paper 1.20

Describe the bug I don't know why the backend servers do not receive rewards when voting and the voting party does not increase. Bungee still reports a successful vote.

What's in bungee console on a vote? Anything in the backend server console?

Only about 30% of members cannot vote, the rest still vote to receive normal rewards

What's with the 30% not working? What's in console when they vote?

Like the console above, the backend server has no notification. But bungee has a notification that the vote was successful

set debug to true on bungee and send the log with that enabled

I saw that only 1 server have status okay

try restarting all servers?

yes i have had this problem since 2 days. When I posted this, all players could not vote. I backed up the voting file a week ago and about 70% of the votes were successful

This is with a normal voting account

If I change the new version, some people who couldn't vote before can vote now, and some people who could vote before can't vote now.

What do you mean?

You also have it set to only give rewards on one server across the entire network, is that what you want?

What I mean is that the voting milestone still increases but does not receive a reward when entering any server

I want to receive a reward on 1 server but currently the player does not receive the reward on any server. And only some people suffer from this problem

Milestone placeholders still increase, but players do not receive site-specific rewards (Not all players)

Do you have mixed uuids? Servers all in online mode?

My server is in offline mode, I don't know what mixed uuid is

Why are you in offline mode? That would explain the issue

VotingPlugin doesn't really support offline uuids. Plus you have online mode enabled in votingplugin

This is a non-premium account and the vote was successful and receive the vote key in rewardssite

So you do have mixed uuids? (As in premium and non premium, or online and offline uuids) VotingPlugin doesn't really support that and that would be why it's acting up so much on you. Not much I can do
