Unable to set the course achieve desired cap #9

Once my cap is set, i am unable to set a desired cap afterwards which shows the following in the description. I feel this is incomplete as people may want to change their cap goals each sem.

Team's Response

This is the intended action of the feature. It is meant to calculate the C.A.P. that one should maintain per semester and let the user know of it, based on the current CAP. It is not to be set under Current CAP as that is the actual current CAP that the user has currently, which is automatically calculated based on the modules that the user has input and completed.

Reason for disagreement: I am not setting a current CAP, but rather I am setting the cap i'm trying to achieve as stated in the command and your user guide "course achieve". Shouldn't the CAP I set to achieve be able to change from time to time? There is a distinct difference between "current calculated CAP" and "CAP to achieve" which were not address in the response.

Team chose [severity.VeryLow] Originally [severity.Medium]

Reason for disagreement: This is a main feature of the product and if not addressed, would affect a a student's achievable goals. It is irreversible as well which would affect a student's progress as he uses the app long term.
