Pull request template with the format for PRs.

Something like:

Introduction TIL, how you found, it why it's cool

explain clearly and concisely (the smaller your TIL the easier that is, but more complex ones are welcome as long as an effort is made to make them accessible to all visitors. (explain the concept well)

examples include code fences, gifs and images as helpful.

use cases now that you've learned this

questions if there is any aspect you dont fully understand or want to ask about. (ideally these could be updated with answers by anyone that sees them)
