Saw that @BenJetson make a contact page. I have some suggestions:

• Instead of asking for First and Last name, just ask for Name
• 150 characters is not nearly enough to provide adequate feedback
• Also, form validation doesn't allow text at any length in the feedback box
• It would be easier to have a form on the website which fills out a mailto: as opposed to a Google Form (would also allow for custom styling)

2. 150 characters is the minimum -- not the maximum as you seem to imply (is that what you meant?).

4. I don't want to include an email address here -- and I don't want us to create one for this purpose (credential sharing is weird and hard to control -- someone could just change the credentials). The Google Form allows us to get the message across without dealing with that issue (we can use account-based access control for form response viewing). I'd wondered about custom styling too, and turns out there is a solution (see https://github.com/heaversm/google-custom-form), but I'd just embedded the form for simplicity as of now.
