Create models of data

User Story

As site administrator, I would like to define the tables in my database in a way that is efficient for handling the data.

GIVEN completed ERD AND necessary models have been created THEN migrate data so data can be loaded later.

To Do Back End:

• [ ] Create models directory in projectfocusapi
• [ ] In the models directory, create modules for all tables in ERD. Every model you create must be imported into the package init module.
• [ ] Run migrations with python3 manage.py makemigrations projectfocusapi
• [ ] Then python3 manage.py migrate
