Hi, I have been looking for the diameter of blood vessels in the islets of the pancreas. I luckily came across your project. I read through the documentation available on the read me file. It mentions " input for this function is 'data_folder' - the directory containing the .czi files"

Unfortunately, I couldn't locate the data_folter . Also, could you please provide the link to the reference mentioned, "Analysis of blood vessels and cells from 3D fluorescent microscopy images from "Tuneable pseudo-islet implants for diabetes therapy" Vlahos et al. (2019)."

A really interesting project which will be of great value for diabetes research.
