Is there a publication or similar we can cite if using any of these prebuilt indices?

We (@ch4rr0 and I) are working on this. For now, I don't know of a better strategy than just referencing the URL. But we hope to post a short paper describing our index-build strategies and that would be a better thing to cite once it exists.
