Furnishing Trade Depot

I noticed on the webpage priorities list the following thing:

Waiting for Trade Depot:

• furnish tradedepot [no furniture] (construct Floor) (2, 3, 0) building in the way: TradeDepot
• furnish tradedepot [no furniture] (construct Floor) (4, 1, 0) building in the way: TradeDepot

I think it got stuck in a catch-22 situation: It cannot finish the trade depot because there is already a trade depot on that particular location...
