Closes issues 48 and 54. These two issues are coupled because one is needed to test the other.

Acceptance Criteria:

[x] User can change remote directories so long as a valid path is given.
[x] User can verify they are in the path from the step above by using 'pwd' command.
[x] User cannot change to an invalid path
[x] User cannot provide arguments to 'pwd' and have the command display the current path.

Latest commits resolve the issues/fixed you pointed out....can't believe I forgot to add the unittests!
