outdoor_temperature read once and no upcoming updates later #125

With 2023.9.12-Alpha-Core-Preview the sensor.luxtronik2_outdoor_temperature update once after integration setup, and the no other temperature update since then. even with proper https://github.com/BenPru/luxtronik/pull/121/commits/17731cfc5fa50d04c177f49b3c3d689e40537b41 implemented.

MSW4-16 + V3.89.1
