No way to set Cooling-temperature with latest 2023.9.12-Alpha-Core-Preview #128

I have an Alpha Innotec SWCV 92K3 heatpump and I use to be able to set the Cooling target temperature, but also the target outside temperature and time for the trigger. I can't set these anymore. I don't see any specific errors in the logs, do you need some additional info?

Can you see luxtronik log messages in your log?

Cooling wasn't implemented. Please try the current main branch.

ChrisMisker commented 9 months ago

Okay, are you thinking about implementing it in the alpha branch? Or will it be a later update?

BenPru commented 9 months ago

It is available in the latest pre-release: 2023.9.21-Alpha-Core-Preview https://github.com/BenPru/luxtronik/blob/main/custom_components/luxtronik/climate.py#L105

Please try 2023.10.9-Alpha-Core-Preview

There are still some sensors related to the Cooling configuration missing in the AlphaPreview, that are present in the 'old' integration. I'll try to add them in the near future.

Implemented with #154 Once there is a new Beta-release, please check and confirm it now works as expected.

ChrisMisker commented 8 months ago

No, I don’t see the temperatures yet. I’m on beta 16 now.

Sorry, #154 is still in work. I inform you here if it is ready.

BenPru commented 8 months ago

@ChrisMisker You can use the main branch. Prerelease comes later.

Fortunately, cooling is not necessary right now... and I'm sure you'll have it done by next spring! :D

Okay, I close this ticket now. Feel free to open it again or create a new one if the problem still occurs next.
