Periodic statistic attributes #187

Add "Periodic statistic attributes" to many sensors (Impulses, operation_hours, kWh Sensors). All of them have the attributes today, yesterday, week, last_week, month, last_month, year, last_year, heating_period (Default 1.9.-31.8. - Config a start month), last_heating_period, current_impuls?.
