Auto discover Alpha Innotec SWC 140 H/K #206

The Alpha Innotec SWC 140 H/K from year 2012 has a MAC address starting with 40:EC:F8 (Siemens AG).

@BenPru, my heatpump wasn't detected automatically. I read the readme a looked up te MAC address and hostname. I doesn't seem to have a hostname (tried to find it using Wireshark/nmap).

I added the MAC address to the manifest. Hopefully, that does the trick.
