Entities not here - after successfull installation & configuration #232

Which HA Version? Which integration version?

Ahhh now I see this problem 😣 I am using HA Core 2024.1.4 and HAOS 11.4. Integration is 2023.03.24. I suppose my HA is not supported 😔

Same Issue here. Using HA Core 2024.1.5 and HAOS 11.4 with the newest Version of Luxtronic 2.

I tried port 8888 and got an unknown error while integration. With Port 8889 i receive a successfull message but without any entities.

Perhaps this could be important: My Alpha Innotec Heatpump opens on the IP a webinterface with password. I tried to open the browser with http://IP:8888 and http://IP:8889 but nothing happend. I need to login with Passwort 0000 for read only access or Passwort 9445 for write access.

If i look into the log i see that the integration is not able to fetch details of the pump.

The Webinterface looks like this:

Opening the IP with a browser loads that page grafik

Now entering the password grafik You wont see anything until you click in the Menu Bar Information

And then here you go: you have all infos grafik

If you use HA 2023.8.* or higher, please use the latest beta integration version.

Hi Benpru, thx for fast reply. is it necessary to register the heatpump in the alpha Innotec/ Novelan cloudportal (heatpump24.com)? I’ve seen that the integration tried to fetch data from there but didn’t received anything.

I’ll test again with the beta. Can we support anyway?

No.

Yes, it connects to the download folder on the server to detect the latest online firmware version for the luxtronik update sensor: image

Hi @ChristophDramski, could you assist me how to download/integrate correctly the latest beta?

I've integrated the repository through HACS and restarted HA.

Afterwords i got back to HACS Repository and selected behind the Luxtronic Integration (download again). Here i got the option to select the latest Beta Version Jan10/24. I've downloaded this version (quite fast) and restarted HA again.

In the Devices and Services Menu i didn't got automaticly "found new Integration". By adding manually i get the same Dialog as with the regular release version.

grafik is that correct?

What is that secret/not described Checkbox which is automaticlly active?

Can i validate that i got the latest beta in place? Checking the files in config/custom_components/Luxtronic2?

I was able to integrate with Port 8889 but afterwards no entities.
