Run as server #8

Having the vault run as a server will allow for remote clients to connect to retrieve information. For example a browser extension, phone, or remote computer. Makes some of this more convenient

Sort of have this setup with gui now that it has a channel for communicating, may need to work on setting up a websocket or something.
