Write self deployment instructions #126

Currently the self deployment instructions are very DIY. Having a more step-by-step way of deploying this to a completely new environment would help more to set up their own instances.

See also #125 which could make it even easier

Hi Ben. Like a good job. Do you think it is possible to translate it into Italian too? And is it possible to install it on a server of our choice? Thanks for your precious collaboration. Sorry my bad english.
