Well, OK John.
I still think we should push the wiki more than F-droid or the releases page since most of our users aren't super tech savvy and would probably find the F-droid instructions and the releases page a little complicated if they're just looking to install the app. I guess if someone were looking at the GitHub readme specifically, they'd probably be experienced enough to find F-droid and the releases page more useful though, so I'll accept your changes.
Sure. If you want to change it, feel free to. I was just thinking most users would like automatic updates by default so they don't have to keep returning to Github, but if you prefer the wiki, that's fine.
I do think, though, the releases page should be pushed harder than the wiki (since it's the conventional place for Github releases).
Added the steps for setting up F-droid and bumped the releases page, the normal way to download binaries from Github, above the wiki.
