Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. There are opportunities in various parts of the software to contribute to the developers. These links need to be filled in so BETA users can fund development.

Describe the solution you'd like a readonly VARIABLE at the header of each file that contains a donation address.

This is bitcoin-qt-wrapper, bails-wallet, bails-menu and probably the README.md
