Option to install Sparrow persistently #174

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I have to field technical support of people doing this.

Describe the solution you'd like Either in bails-menu or in install-core, present the option to install Sparrow, download it securely and persistently install it with intelligent defaults for those who want to use it against our recommendations.

Describe alternatives you've considered Linking to some guides in the FAQ. This is not as good as the script, which will popularize Bails as ALSO the easiest way to install Sparrow persistently in Tails.
