Use Environment Variables to set interface options #15

Since Bails has some features that are non-canonical for codex32 let's use environment variables so other users can turn the feature on and off.

Such as the passphrase share. Requiring a fingerprint ID. And the type of QR shown.

Or even legacy bails where the ID is the seed hash.
