I noticed today that when we split a group from a groupset (A/B) in subgroups (1/2/3) and the second grouping parameter has empty cells the samples get miss grouped.
So first grouping goes fine even when empty cells are present, a group with none gets created and samples are moved here.(A ; B ; none) However when you do a secondary split (A-1 ; A-2 ; A-3 ; B-1 ; B-2 ; B-3 ; A-none ; B-none), the 'none' subgroup gets created but the samples are not moved to it resulting in for examples samples that should have been A-none ending up in A-1.
