[FR] Hide specific properties in `Properties view` #4

The Properties view can be enabled in core plugins or command "Properties view: Show all properties", which shows all properties in the vault.

The settings UI is considered to be refactoring. Each property of the "Properties to hide" list will be displayed in a line, with 3 toggles for now:
