FR: Ability to list inactive plugins and an option to remove the link to the Obsidian Site #19

Great plugin, thanks!

Would it be possible to introduce the following 2, minor, features:

  1. The ability to list in-active plugins
  2. The ability to remove the link to the Obsidian site, which is really superfluous in nature as only the github link is needed for self record keeping
