Add schema adapter for the rec/2024/06 plate reader schema and refactor the Softmaxpro adapter to use it.

This PR also fixes two additional issues:

Correctly format timezone in Softmaxpro adapter.
Remove additional compartment temperatures that are reported as 0 and were not removed in #635
