Resolves #13: Adds basic travis config file. #15

Implements the most basic CI ever in Travis CI. Requires that Travis be set up for the main repo, as well.

I've configured Travis CI for this repository 🚀 Let's get this merge in so we can start seeing the wheels turn 😄

Contributors will have to add their own repos if they want to run CI on their own repositories. They can still create a PR against the root repository here and Travis CI will run.
