PromptGuardian doesn't send error in response if UMBRELLA_DLP_URL and/or UMBRELLA_DLP_ORG is invalid #3

PromptGuardian doesn't send error in response if UMBRELLA_DLP_URL and/or UMBRELLA_DLP_ORG env vars is invalid.

When UMBRELLA_DLP_URL and/or UMBRELLA_DLP_ORG env vars is invalid like below, PromptGuardian sends 'threats': 'No Threats Detected or DLP Disabled' in response. Instead, it'd be nice if PromptGuardian sends something like 'threats': 'Umbrella URL https://www.google.com is invalid' in response so user knows if Umbrella URL is invalid:

UMBRELLA_DLP_URL=https://www.google.com
UMBRELLA_DLP_ORG=0000
