Not sure why in the opt block, the condition is "successfully created :file" but there is an error to throw an IOexception

This bug is valid that the sequence diagram condition is written in an unclear way, but it is unlikely to affect normal operations of the product.

Reason for disagreement: The error in the sequence diagram will not affect how users use your application, But for other developers reading the DG, it provides a lot of confusion and uncertainty if they want to understand your code and how it works. It is quite a huge error since it completely changes the meaning/ how the application is programmed.
