Issue description

hi the nether generator only generate bedrock netherrack and lava.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. create nether true in altay.yml
2. go to nether

• PHP: 8

u will need to wait maybe 1 year cuz if i will do one i will do the new nether and im doing something rn that is if no one does it

Netherquarzore Glowstone Soulsand and Netherwart are already included in the code, but the generator no longer generates these blocks
