Chase after changes in English for P131 "Location" #12

The "statement" for P131 (one of the possible 'location of' properties) changed. This fixes it for 'Where is the Tower of London?' questions. Still need to test for other properties like P625 (coordinate location) for 'Where is the Atlantic Ocean?', etc.

The questions still work for me as the label has been added as an alias to the property again.
