add red list sum (rls_all) to gmbi groups raster stack #19

Currently pulling RLS into scenarios via:

  rls_all <- get_d_prjres("s_bio_gmbi", prjres) %>% 
    subset(,subset="rls_all")

"The best course of action would be to simply create both outputs rli and rls to as part of the raster stack included in get_gmbi_grpsmdl_prjres(). This way we know exactly what taxonomic groups are included and have the ability to further tweak." - @bbest

I believe RLS for taxonomic groups is available in groups 01-06 but I don't see RLS all in groups 00
