VSX: plugin is not responsive when Nexe is running #133

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open VSX plugin sulution
2. Start debugger
3. In the VSX plugin debugger, start debugging nexe

What is the expected output?
- VSX plugin GUI should be working, allowing code browsing
  and Debug/Break All.

 What do you see instead?
- VSX plugin is not responsive until nexe hits breakpoint
