No module named 'analysis' #1

Excellent work! While I tried to reproduce and run the code you provided, there is an error occured: No module named 'analysis'. Is there something missed?

Thank you! The analysis module is in the spear-tools submodule. Did you clone with --recurse-submodules and set up the symbolic links in this submodule?
