skip sub search for files containing subs #18

Would be nice if there was a setting for skipping files already containing subs in the requested language. This should be achievable by processing the files using the pymediainfo extension.

If the embedded sub is in same language as wanted, I don't see a reason why autosub-bootstrapbill would need to search for the sub (they're usually hard to find too, just beacuse they're already in there).

Should take some load of the sub sites.

All web-dl versies have embedded English subs (for hearing impaired). No other versions have embedded subs. So if you want to skip search for those just put the word 'web-dl' in the skipsearch for English.

No need for extra functionality here.
