Release groups that are always sync. #12

Could you make a mapping so users can fill in the releasegroups that are sync with other releasegroups?

For instance, LOL is always sync with DIMENSION So if a user could map these, like: LOL=DIMENSION

That would be really great.

Some of those are already in autosub itself. I will see if it its possible to add this feature if I have some time available to do this.

Personally I don't think that it will help a lot. The fastest way to help, is to post a list of those compatible releasegroups, them I can add them to autosub itself.

I myself only use web-dl versions, because the are always in sync with all releasegroups.

I only know these two that I encounter a lot: AVS = SVA DIMENSION = LOL

And almost always DEFLATE=SKGTV

That's exact the problem. Almost always is no good.

And DIMENSION and LOL is the same releasegroup where originaly DIMEMSION were the HD releases and LOL the SD releases.

Suggestion from my end to 'fix' this issue: Add an extra MinMatchScore, but then only for certain string values. For example the new Star Trek: Discovery show has many versions from the same source, quality and codec. For that show I want to filter on release group to make sure I get the proper one. But for 'regular' shows such as Arrow, that needn't be the case because a match on source is sufficient.

Do you understand what I mean?

From what I can find online, SVA and AVS should always be in sync.

One is for SD and to other for HD releases.

One is for avi (completly outdated) and the other is for .mkv. Sometimes they are in sync but not always and SVA is not used anymore

I guess I had some luck with subtitles then. Addic7ed has some recent episodes with SVA though.

I will see if I can restore the twinrelease, maybe as a configurable item so everyone can make his own set.
