as soon as it is merged to develop, post on https://github.com/SysBioChalmers/yeast-GEM/issues/11 so the transition can be made

update: https://github.com/opencobra/cobratoolbox/pull/1604 was merged

to-do: after https://github.com/SysBioChalmers/yeast-GEM/pull/248 is merged, create PR that moves all KEGG codes to the proper new field

update: waiting on new release of RAVEN, as the current version does not store the ids properly in the yml file...
