potentially same issue with Samsung Galaxy S4 AT&T SGH-I337
note: it seems to be finding the device Manufacturer as "Sasmsung" .. could that be a problem?

thanks
I got this working by not running with sudo. Just run it as a normal user!

thanks, but w/ or w/o sudo did not matter for me. however, it might be an issue with my machine since i was able to successfully use heimdall (w/o sudo) on another GNU+Linux box.
If you run a commands with --no-reboot, remember to use --resume in latter commands.
Phone: Samsung J5 (Model J500FN). Heimdall version: v1.4.2 Host OS: Arch Linux 64bit
Utilities > Download gives me the error message.
Strangly it ran fine the first time, but according to an article it said to run as root, when I tried this I got this error. I then tried running it again as a normal user and got the error again.
